Rhett Loveman
PRESIDENT
Rhett has spent over 25 years in the land development, acquisition, and entitlement space. He formerly served as VP of Land for the nation’s largest homebuilder, and Director of Development and Investments for the nation’s largest residential lot developer. Rhett brings a results-driven approach to every phase of development in order to deliver exceptional value and foster strong partnerships.
He holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Urban and Regional Planning and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (“CCIM”). He serves on the Alabama Center for Real Estate’s Leadership Council, the Board of Directors for the Greater Birmingham Habitat for Humanity, and is Co-Chair of the Greater Birmingham Homebuilders Association Land Committee.
Margaret Loveman
CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Margaret spent nearly two decades in private legal practice successfully navigating complex issues and mitigating risk for Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike. In 2025, she left private practice to lead strategic growth for Terramoor. As a former equity partner at an AM Law 200 firm, she brings a unique perspective on the entire development process from acquisition and entitlements to regulatory compliance. She leverages that experience to transform strategic vision into tangible, profitable projects.
While practicing law, Margaret was consistently recognized in the Best Lawyers in America for commercial litigation, named NextGen Rising Star of Law by the Birmingham Business Journal, and is a Fellow of the American Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Foundation. She is a past board member of Volunteer Lawyers Birmingham, and the Birmingham Bar Foundation.
